Ingredients
200 ml of milk
1 large avocado
1 cup (tea) sugar
1 box of cold whipping cream
Directions
- Place the chopped avocado pulp, sugar and milk in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
- Beat the chilled whipped cream in a mixer until it reaches a firmer consistency.
- Add the avocado cream to the whipped cream and stir until the mixture is homogenized.
- Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid that can be placed in the freezer.
- Leave the ice cream in the freezer for 6 hours or more and it is ready to eat.
