This sweet potato pudding is a dessert everyone will want to try!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 500ml of milk

  • 50g grated coconut

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 large sweet potato cooked and chopped

  • Caramelized syrup in quantity to taste

Directions

  • Add the eggs, condensed milk, coconut milk, milk, cooked and chopped sweet potato and grated coconut to the blender.
  • Cover the appliance, beat for 3 minutes and transfer the mixture to a baking tray with the caramelized syrup.
  • Bake the pudding in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 50 minutes.
  • Unmold after it has cooled, leave it in the fridge for a few hours if you prefer and the pudding is ready.
