Ingredients
2 eggs
2 bananas
2 teaspoons of yeast
2 tablespoons sunflower, coconut or olive oil
2 tablespoons chocolate chips (gluten-free)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (Maizena)
1 cup of 200ml rolled oats
Chocolate drops to finish
Directions
- Mash the bananas well with a fork in a container until they form a paste.
- Add the oil, eggs and mix well. Add the rolled oats and mix again.
- Add the cornstarch and mix. Add the chocolate drops, baking powder and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with cornstarch. Add chocolate drops to taste on top.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
- Unmold the cake when it is warm or cold and it is ready to eat.
