Bet on a different and delicious dessert with this white truffle!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of noble white chocolate

  • 40 grams of cream

  • 60ml cognac

  • Iced sugar

Directions

  • Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave every 30 seconds or in a bain-marie.
  • Add the cream, brandy and stir until a creamy and uniform mixture is formed.
  • Transfer to a container with a lid and leave in the refrigerator, preferably for 24 hours.
  • Roll the truffles, then roll them in cold sugar, place them in molds if you prefer and they are ready.
