Homemade Apricot Jam

Ingredients
150g sugar
200 ml of water
300g dried apricots
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Directions
- Add the chopped apricots to 1 cup of hot water and let it hydrate for at least 1 hour.
- Place the apricots, sugar, 200 ml of water and vinegar in the pan.
- Bring to a boil and let cook for about 20 minutes.
- Grind everything in a blender, processor or with a mixer and return the mixture to the pan.
- Cook until it becomes jelly-like. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.
- Transfer to a sterilized glass container with a lid.
- Serve the jelly with bread, toast or use in cakes, pies and other desserts.
