Ingredients
500g cassava (cassava or cassava) peeled and grated
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a medium pan with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour.
- In a large bowl, mix the grated cassava with the eggs, sugar, coconut milk, milk, vegetable oil and melted butter. Stir well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Add the baking powder and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir again until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
- Serve the cassava cake in slices and enjoy!
