Survivors of rave targeted by Hamas sue Israel

Around 42 survivors of the attack on a rave party in the Gaza Strip by Hamas on October 7, 2023, are suing Israel. The information is from the newspaper The Times Of Israel. Victims sued for $56 million “negligence” in the Tel Aviv court against the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), the Israeli police and the country’s Ministry of Defense. “A single phone call from IDF officers to the responsible commander, […] Given the expected danger, it would have saved lives and prevented physical and mental injuries to hundreds of people.”the lawsuit says.
