Ingredients
1 whole egg (55 grams)
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour (135 grams)
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast (4 grams)
1 tablespoon of butter (25 grams)
1/2 cup of milk (120ml)
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Tomato sauce to taste
Filling to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the egg, milk, salt, sugar, butter or margarine, wheat flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix again to homogenize.
Transfer 3 tablespoons of the dough to a non-stick frying pan and spread well. - Place over low heat and cook for 3 minutes with the pan covered.
Turn the dough over and turn off the heat. - Spread tomato sauce to taste and add the ingredients of your choice for the filling (ham, mozzarella, tomato, oregano, etc.).
- Turn the heat back on low and bake for another 3 minutes with the pan covered.
Turn off the heat and the skillet pizza is ready to serve.
