Making delicious banana donuts is so practical that you will repeat the recipe again and again!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 cup oatmeal (tea)

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 50 ml of vegetable oil

  • Sugar to sprinkle

Directions

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl, add the beaten egg and mix well.
  • Add the salt, cinnamon powder and mix again. 
    Add sugar and mix more.
  • Add oil, oatmeal and mix well. 
    Put the wheat flour, the yeast and stir until they are integrated into the dough.
  • Mix the ingredients very well with your hands until the dough is smooth, uniform and easily detaches from the palms.
  • Roll portions of the dough in an elongated way, twist and stick the ends. 
    Then pass the sugar to stick on the outside.
  • Place the dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with wheat flour and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Wait for the banana donuts to cool before removing them from the pan and they are ready to serve.
