2 nanica or silver bananas (or amount to taste)
Puff pastry (amount to taste)
Sesame (amount to taste)
Honey (amount to taste)
Directions
- Peel the bananas and wrap them with a piece of puff pastry, pressing lightly to seal well.
- Cut into slices the thickness of a finger and brush honey to taste over the slices.
- Add sesame seeds to taste over the bananas with the honey and bake in an oven at 180º₢ for 10 minutes.
- Remove the banana rolls when they are golden, transfer them to a plate or platter if you prefer and they are ready to serve.
