Get ready for a snack that tastes delicious and is easy to prepare with this banana roll with puff pastry!

Ingredients

  • 2 nanica or silver bananas (or amount to taste)

  • Puff pastry (amount to taste)

  • Sesame (amount to taste)

  • Honey (amount to taste)

Directions

  • Peel the bananas and wrap them with a piece of puff pastry, pressing lightly to seal well.
  • Cut into slices the thickness of a finger and brush honey to taste over the slices.
  • Add sesame seeds to taste over the bananas with the honey and bake in an oven at 180º₢ for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the banana rolls when they are golden, transfer them to a plate or platter if you prefer and they are ready to serve.
