Ingredients

  • 1 box of cream (200 grams)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (tea)

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Put the cream, mayonnaise, garlic cloves and salt in the blender.
  • Cover, beat the ingredients for 2 minutes and transfer to a container.
  • Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the cream to be consistent.
  • Serve the garlic cream with bread, toast, meat, salads and whatever else you prefer.
