Ingredients
200 ml of coconut milk
100 grams of grated coconut
3 cans of cream
2 cans of condensed milk
1 packet of strawberry juice powder
Directions
- In a container put 2 creams of milk, the powdered juice and mix very well.
- Add 1 condensed milk and stir enough to homogenize the creamy mixture.
- Pass the strawberry cream to a platter, cover and let it freeze in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Place 1 condensed milk, 1 cream of milk, grated coconut, coconut milk in a pan and stir over medium heat until the cream comes to a boil.
- As soon as it boils, stir for another 2 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Place the coconut cream delicately over the strawberry cream, leave it in the fridge again until it freezes well and the sweet kiss is ready.
