With this persimmon juice you can bring flavor and health to your table!

Ingredients

  • 3 strong branch persimmons

  • 1 liter and 1/2 of cold water

  • 1 cup sugar (or to taste)

Directions

  • Wash the persimmons well, discard the seeds and cut the fruits into medium pieces.
  • Place the persimmons in the blender with the water and sugar, cover and blend very well.
  • Strain the juice through a sieve, transfer the drink to a pitcher if you prefer and the persimmon juice is ready to drink.
