In addition to being delicious, this tapioca bread recipe is economical, as it is made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of grated mozzarella

  • 2 cups tapioca (dried)

  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

  • Hot water to soak

Directions

  • Add the tapioca and grated mozzarella in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the salt and hot water while stirring until a creamy mass is formed.
  • Shape the buns using two spoons greased with oil.
  • Place the breads with space between them in a greased form.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Unmold the tapioca breads after they have cooled down and they are ready to serve.
