200 grams of grated mozzarella
2 cups tapioca (dried)
1 pinch of salt or to taste
Hot water to soak
Directions
- Add the tapioca and grated mozzarella in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the salt and hot water while stirring until a creamy mass is formed.
- Shape the buns using two spoons greased with oil.
- Place the breads with space between them in a greased form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 45 minutes.
- Unmold the tapioca breads after they have cooled down and they are ready to serve.
