Ingredients
2 cups sweet sprinkles (tea)
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 pinch of salt or to taste
1/2 cup cornmeal (tea)
60ml melted butter or oil
100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
Boiling water to the point (180 ml approx.)
Directions
- In a bowl add the cornmeal, the sweet sprinkle, the salt, the grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Add the melted butter or oil, the grated mozzarella cheese and mix again.
- Put the boiling water little by little while stirring until it forms a dough with a modeling point.
- Take portions of the dough and model the cookies in the shape you prefer and then place them in a greased shape.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes.
Wait for them to cool down before taking them out of the mold and the cornmeal cookies are ready.
