This sweet tapioca couscous recipe is beyond delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of hot milk (whole or coconut)

  • 1 cup granulated tapioca

  • 1/2 can of condensed milk

  • Condensed milk for topping

Directions

  • Add the granulated tapioca, warm whole milk or coconut milk to a container and mix well until thickened.
  • Add the condensed milk and stir again to make the mixture homogeneous.
  • Grease a bowl with oil and place all the couscous dough, spread it out with the back of a spoon and let it cool.
  • Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours, run a knife along the sides of the bowl and unmold the couscous onto a plate.
  • Finish by adding condensed milk to taste on top and the sweet tapioca couscous can now be served.
