This creamy pasta is a delicious, easy-to-make meal that kids and adults alike will love!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of pasta

  • 500 grams of sausage

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 4 cups hot water (tea)

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 1 box of cream

  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

  • Condiments to taste

  • Green corn to taste

  • Olives to taste

  • Bell pepper to taste

  • Tomato to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a pan put a thread of olive oil, the onion and the chopped garlic. 
    Then sauté until lightly golden, stirring well.
  • Add the sausages cut into slices and saute for 1 minute, always stirring well.
  • Add the condiments you prefer (turmeric, paprika, pepper, etc.), salt to taste and mix well while cooking.
  • Put the chopped tomatoes and peppers, the tomato sauce and the raw pasta. 
    Add hot water and mix well.
  • Cover the pot and cook until the noodles are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Add the cream, the drained green corn and the pitted olives. 
    Stir to homogenize and turn off the fire.
  • Finish by sprinkling grated parmesan cheese over the creamy pasta and the dish is ready to serve.
