Ingredients
4 cups of wheat flour (800 grams)
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of margarine (120 grams)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of warm milk (350 ml)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt (12 grams)
1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 grams)
Directions
- Add the ingredients to a bowl, adding the flour last.
- Gradually add, transfer to a countertop and knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Cover and let it brew for 50 minutes. - Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll up the buns and let rest for another 50 minutes.
- Take to bake at 180° for approximately 40 minutes or until golden on top.
