4 stale French breads
2 cups of milk
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Cut the bread into pieces and place in the blender along with the milk, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla essence.
- Beat everything until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased shape with butter and sugar.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding is firm and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
