Grandma Ana’s bakery pudding, a very simple recipe that tastes like childhood, made in a pressure cooker, this pudding is not only delicious, it’s ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 1 cup wheat flour

Directions

  • For the syrup, put the sugar and water in a pan. 
    Mix well and let the syrup thicken. 
    Put the syrup in the form of pudding and reserve;
  • For the pudding, separate the whites from the yolks. 
    Sift the yolks (optional) just to remove the smell, mix the whites again with the yolks, milk, vanilla, melted butter and wheat flour. 
    Mix well;
  • In the pressure cooker, put 1 cup of water and then the pudding mold covered with aluminum foil. 
    Cover the pan and let it cook for 25 minutes. 
    After 25 minutes let the pressure of the cooker come out by itself. 
    Develop the cold pudding.
