Ingredients
500 grams of sour starch
1 packet of grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
3 whole eggs
150 ml of milk
150 ml of water
150 ml of oil
Directions
- Add milk, oil and water to a pan.
Bring to a boil and heat until boiling. - In a container place the sour starch and the hot liquid, mix very well and let it cool.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix.
Add the salt and eggs and knead very well with your hands until the dough comes apart easily and becomes homogeneous. - Take portions of the dough and roll it up however you like.
Dispose of the cookies in a shape with space between them. - Bake the cookies for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢, wait for them to cool down and the manioc flour cookies are ready.
