Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cans of green corn
20 grams of corn starch
50 grams of grated coconut
250 ml of milk
300 ml of condensed milk
Directions
- Place the eggs, drained corn, milk, condensed milk, grated coconut and cornstarch.
- Beat for 3 minutes and pour the homogeneous mass into a mold of your choice greased with butter and sugar.
- Place the mold with the dough inside a larger roasting pan half filled with hot water.
- Bake the cake in a bain-marie in an oven preheated to 200º₢ for an hour and a half.
- Carefully remove the mold from the baking sheet and wait for it to cool.
Develop the corn cake and the recipe is ready to serve.
