Ingredients
2 eggs
1 can of corn
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2/3 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of milk
1/2 cup (tea) of cornmeal
Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- In a blender, place the milk, drained corn, sugar, unsalted butter, grated parmesan cheese and salt.
- Beat until smooth, add the eggs and beat quickly. Add the cornmeal and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the yeast, mix until combined and pour the mixture into a small baking dish greased with butter and cornmeal.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon powder to taste until uniform and sprinkle over the dough.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200°₢ for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Wait for the cake to cool a little, cut it however you like and it’s ready to eat.
