Ingredients

  • 2 stale French breads

  • 500 grams of ground beef

  • 300 grams of grated mozzarella

  • 100 grams of chopped onion

  • 20 grams of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fried garlic

  • Pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Season the grated mozzarella with oregano to taste, knead well and shape into small balls.
  • Chop the French bread, place in a container and moisten with a little water.
  • Add the ground beef, chopped onion, fried garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste to the container.
  • Mix the ingredients well, shape into balls and open them in your hand, forming a cavity.
  • Place the cheese in the cavity and close the balls very well so that they do not open when frying.
  • Add and arrange the dumplings side by side on the air fryer tray, leaving space between them.
  • Bake the meatballs in the air fryer until golden brown and they are ready to eat.
