Ingredients
150g pitted plums in syrup
1 can of condensed milk
Directions
- Place a layer of condensed milk and a layer of chopped plums without the syrup in a sterilized 350ml glass jar with a lid.
- Add another layer of condensed milk and another layer of chopped plums. Repeat the process until the jar is almost full.
- Cover the pot, then wrap it completely with a cloth and tie it tightly.
- Place the pot in a pressure cooker with water almost to cover it (some of it should be out of the water).
- Cover the pan, place it on the stove and, after it reaches pressure, cook for 30 minutes. Wait for all the pressure to release (when the hissing stops) and remove the lid.
- Let the plum dulce de leche cool completely before removing the lid and the dessert is ready to eat.
