Truffle Cut with Peanuts

Creamy and tasty, the peanut truffle is very easy to make!
Ingredients
700g milk chocolate
400 ml of cream
350g semisweet chocolate
350g roasted peanuts without skin
70% cocoa chocolate to taste for sprinkling
Directions
- Melt the milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time.
- Add the cream and mix well. Add the peanuts and mix again until smooth.
- Line a pan with plastic wrap, add the mixture on top and cover with more plastic wrap.
- Place the dessert in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 2 hours so that it becomes firm.
- Unmold the truffle and then cut it into square or rectangular pieces of the size you prefer.
- Finish by sprinkling 70% cocoa chocolate on top to taste and the truffle is ready to serve.
