Ingredients
4 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
170 grams of natural yogurt
50 grams of grated coconut
240 ml of oil
120 ml of milk
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, yogurt, sugar to the blender and beat for 1 minute.
- Add the wheat flour, milk and beat again for another 1 minute.
- Add the grated coconut, baking powder and beat for 30 seconds.
- In a greased shape put the dough and sprinkle grated coconut to taste over it.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes.
- Wait for the yogurt cake to cool, unmold if you prefer and it’s ready.
