This yogurt cake is a hit without any work in the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) and 1/2 of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 170 grams of natural yogurt

  • 50 grams of grated coconut

  • 240 ml of oil

  • 120 ml of milk

Directions

  • Add the eggs, oil, yogurt, sugar to the blender and beat for 1 minute.
  • Add the wheat flour, milk and beat again for another 1 minute.
  • Add the grated coconut, baking powder and beat for 30 seconds.
  • In a greased shape put the dough and sprinkle grated coconut to taste over it.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the yogurt cake to cool, unmold if you prefer and it’s ready.
