This whipped cream pudding is such an easy and delicious dessert, you’ll wish you had tried it sooner!

Ingredients

  • 2 packets of unflavored gelatin

  • 2 cups whipped cream (chilled)

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

  • 150 grams semisweet chocolate

Directions

  • In a pan off the heat, add the water, the gelatine, mix until completely dissolved and set aside for 5 minutes.
  • Turn the heat to low and stir constantly until the mixture becomes lighter and the texture changes. 
    Turn off the heat and set aside.
  • Add the whipped cream to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until the mixture begins to firm up.
  • Add the condensed milk and beat again at maximum speed until the cream is completely firm.
  • Add the hydrated gelatine and gently mix with a spoon from bottom to top until homogenized.
  • Unite a shape with a strand of oil and put the pudding dough. 
    Lightly tap the mold to settle and leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Add the chopped chocolate and cream to a pan, stir over the heat until completely melted and wait for the ganache to cool down.
  • Unmold the dessert onto a plate or platter, pour the ganache over the top to finish and the whipped cream pudding is ready to serve.
