Walnut Stroganoff Dessert is deliciously creamy and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (300g)

  • 3 boxes of cream (600g)

  • 2 cans of cooked condensed milk (790g)

  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder (80g)

  • 1 small jar of walnuts (200g)

Directions

  • Place the cooked condensed milk in a pan off the heat and mix well until creamy.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set the whites aside and strain the yolks into the pan using a strainer.
  • Add the chocolate powder and mix well. Add the chopped nuts and mix until smooth.
  • Place the pan over medium to low heat and stir constantly on the bottom and sides until it thickens and comes away from the sides.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the cream and mix until combined.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add them to the cream while mixing well.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into a baking dish, cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  • When it is more consistent and cold, the walnut stroganoff can be served.
