Truffle Cut with Peanuts

Creamy and tasty, the peanut truffle is very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 700g milk chocolate

  • 400 ml of cream

  • 350g semisweet chocolate

  • 350g roasted peanuts without skin

  • 70% cocoa chocolate to taste for sprinkling

Directions

  • Melt the milk chocolate and semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time.
  • Add the cream and mix well. Add the peanuts and mix again until smooth.
  • Line a pan with plastic wrap, add the mixture on top and cover with more plastic wrap.
  • Place the dessert in the refrigerator and leave it for at least 2 hours so that it becomes firm.
  • Unmold the truffle and then cut it into square or rectangular pieces of the size you prefer.
  • Finish by sprinkling 70% cocoa chocolate on top to taste and the truffle is ready to serve.
