Ingredients

  • 500g pinto beans

  • 150g diced bacon

  • 1 calabrese sausage in cubes

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 chopped chili pepper

  • 1 cup cassava flour (tea)

  • Chilled greens to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Frying oil

Directions

  • Cook the beans in salted water until soft. 
    Run and book.
  • In a skillet, fry the diced bacon until golden. 
    Add the diced pepperoni sausage and fry until crispy. 
    Reserve.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the garlic, onion and chopped pepper. 
    Add cooked beans and mix well.
  • Add the cassava flour little by little, stirring constantly, until it forms a moist farofa.
  • Add the fried bacon and sausage, chopped parsley and mix well. 
    Serve it hot.
