Ingredients
1 cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
1 cup (tea) of hydrated tapioca gum
1 slice and 1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
30 ml of warm water
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, place the hydrated gum, cornstarch, salt, melted butter or margarine and stir well.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and add the warm water little by little.Â
Mix well with your hands until you get a modeling point. - Shape the buns with portions of the dough and place them in a baking dish, with space between them so they don’t stick.
- Bake the tapioca buns for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and they are ready.
