Ingredients
250 grams of hydrated tapioca
4 whole eggs
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl add the hydrated tapioca, the eggs and beat very well with a whisk.
- Transfer the dough to greased cookie sheets and bake them in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
- Wait for the tapioca breads to cool a little before unmolding them and they are ready to serve.
