At snack time, there’s nothing better than something practical and delicious, like this tapioca bread!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of hydrated tapioca

  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • In a bowl add the hydrated tapioca, the eggs and beat very well with a whisk.
  • Transfer the dough to greased cookie sheets and bake them in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
  • Wait for the tapioca breads to cool a little before unmolding them and they are ready to serve.
