Making tasty and fluffy tapioca bread is very easy and only takes a few minutes!

In addition to being delicious, this tapioca bread recipe is wheat and lactose free!

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons rice flour

  • 2 cups of hydrated tapioca

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tablespoon chemical yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • 150 ml of coconut milk

  • 40 ml of coconut oil

  • Oregano (optional)

  • Flaxseeds (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl add the eggs, oil and mix well. 
    Add the salt, coconut milk and mix again.
  • Add the tapioca and mix well, then add the flour, yeast and stir well until the dough is homogenized.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled shape. 
    Add oregano and linseed seeds to taste and optional.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for 40 minutes. 
    Wait to cool down before unmolding and the tapioca bread is ready.
