Ingredients
5 tablespoons rice flour
2 cups of hydrated tapioca
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon chemical yeast
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
150 ml of coconut milk
40 ml of coconut oil
Oregano (optional)
Flaxseeds (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl add the eggs, oil and mix well.Â
Add the salt, coconut milk and mix again. - Add the tapioca and mix well, then add the flour, yeast and stir well until the dough is homogenized.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled shape.Â
Add oregano and linseed seeds to taste and optional. - Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for 40 minutes.Â
Wait to cool down before unmolding and the tapioca bread is ready.
