This sweet tapioca couscous recipe is beyond delicious!
Ingredients
2 cups of hot milk (whole or coconut)
1 cup granulated tapioca
1/2 can of condensed milk
Condensed milk for topping
Directions
- Add the granulated tapioca, warm whole milk or coconut milk to a container and mix well until thickened.
- Add the condensed milk and stir again to make the mixture homogeneous.
- Grease a bowl with oil and place all the couscous dough, spread it out with the back of a spoon and let it cool.
- Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours, run a knife along the sides of the bowl and unmold the couscous onto a plate.
- Finish by adding condensed milk to taste on top and the sweet tapioca couscous can now be served.
