Ingredients
3 whole eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup rice flour (tea)
1 cup sweet sprinkles (tea)
1 cup of natural yogurt (170 grams)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, yogurt, vanilla essence, sugar, rice flour and sweet sprinkles to the blender.
- Cover and beat the ingredients for 3 minutes.Â
Add the baking powder and beat some more just to mix. - Unite a shape with butter or margarine and rice flour and pour all the dough into it.
- Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
- Wait for the sweet sprinkle cake to cool at room temperature and cut it the way you prefer.
