Made with simple ingredients, this sweet sprinkle cake can’t go wrong!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup rice flour (tea)

  • 1 cup sweet sprinkles (tea)

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt (170 grams)

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  • Add the eggs, oil, yogurt, vanilla essence, sugar, rice flour and sweet sprinkles to the blender.
  • Cover and beat the ingredients for 3 minutes. 
    Add the baking powder and beat some more just to mix.
  • Unite a shape with butter or margarine and rice flour and pour all the dough into it.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Wait for the sweet sprinkle cake to cool at room temperature and cut it the way you prefer.
