Ingredients
3 whole eggs
240 ml of milk
240 ml oil oil
3 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 cups of sugar (tea)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Using a whisk, mix the eggs, sugar and oil very well in a bowl.
- Add the milk and while mixing the ingredients well add the wheat flour little by little.
- Put the baking powder and mix until the mass is homogenized, then transfer it to a greased and sprinkled form.
- Bake the cake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢, wait until it cools down before taking it out of the mold and it is ready to serve.
