Ingredients
200 grams of sour cream
4 tablespoons cornstarch/cornstarch
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 cup of hydrated tapioca
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
Directions
- Place the tapioca gum, cornstarch, salt, grated parmesan cheese and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the cream and mix well, add the melted butter and stir until the dough is smooth and consistent.
- Transfer portions of the dough to half-filled molds and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Unmold the dumplings onto a plate or platter after they have cooled to room temperature and the recipe is ready.
