Simple and Super Creamy Pavê

Despite its elaborate appearance, this simple and super creamy pavé is very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of condensed milk 395 (grams)

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits

  • 1 liter of whole milk

  • 2 yolks

  • 2 boxes of cream (200 grams each)

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions

  • In a pan off the heat, place the whole milk, cornstarch and mix until dissolved.
  • Add the sugar, condensed milk, sour cream, egg yolks and stir the ingredients well.
  • Take to medium fire and keep stirring constantly for about 8 minutes or until the mixture thickens and turns into a cream.
  • Put a layer of cream and another layer of cookies in a refractory. 
    Repeat the process until you finish the cream and sprinkle crushed cookies on top.
  • Cover the dessert, refrigerate and leave for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  • Serve the simple and super creamy pave chilled in plates or pots of your choice.
