Seasoned Green Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 2 tablespoons mustard

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 cup (tea) green smell

  • 300 ml oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a blender or hand mixer, place the cold milk, beat for a few seconds until frothy.
  • Add the mustard, the green smell and the garlic clove. 
    Season with salt and pepper and beat for a few more seconds.
  • Keep adding the oil until it begins to emulsify. 
    If necessary, add a little more oil and beat until you notice that it has thickened well and is at the desired consistency.
  • Store in the refrigerator in lidded jars. 
    It lasts for up to 4 days.
