1 cup (tea) milk
2 tablespoons mustard
1 clove garlic
1 cup (tea) green smell
300 ml oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a blender or hand mixer, place the cold milk, beat for a few seconds until frothy.
- Add the mustard, the green smell and the garlic clove.
Season with salt and pepper and beat for a few more seconds. - Keep adding the oil until it begins to emulsify.
If necessary, add a little more oil and beat until you notice that it has thickened well and is at the desired consistency. - Store in the refrigerator in lidded jars.
It lasts for up to 4 days.
