Ingredients
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup of berries (tea)
50 ml of water
Directions
- Add the berries, sugar, water to a pan and stir non-stop over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Reduce to low heat and continue cooking the syrup without stopping stirring until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat, transfer to a container and wait for the red fruit syrup to cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- If you want the smoothest syrup, beat it in a blender or pass it through a sieve and it is ready for consumption.
