Ingredients

  • 300g minced pork

  • Sesame oil

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 2c of sugar soup

  • 1 tsp miso soup

  • 600ml vegetable or pork broth

Directions

  • Add oil to a pan;
  • Add ground pork;
  • Let it gold and book;
  • Add sesame oil to pan;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Add garlic and grated ginger;
  • Add sugar and mix for 2 minutes;
  • Add pork;
  • Add miso;
  • Add pork or vegetable stock;
  • Warm up well and book;
  • Fry the corn in a pan with butter;
  • Add salt and black pepper;
  • In a pan with water, boil 2 eggs for 7 minutes;
  • Transfer them to a bowl of cold water;
  • Cut the egg in half;
  • Boil instant noodles in a pan with water and transfer to a serving bowl;
  • Add broth with pork;
  • Add corn;
  • Add the egg;
  • Add seaweed;
  • Add sesame;
  • Your ramen is ready!
