Guarantee a delicious after-meal dessert with this Ninho Milk Mousse
Ingredients
400 grams of sour cream
395 grams condensed milk
5 grams of colorless unflavored gelatin
1 cup (tea) Ninho milk/milk powder
5 tablespoons water at room temperature
Directions
- In a container put the jello, water and stir well until you form a paste.Â
Take to microwave for 15 seconds, until it’s liquid, and book. - In the blender add the condensed milk, the cream, the Leite Ninho or other powdered milk and beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the hydrated gelatine and beat at medium speed for at least 1 minute to homogenize.
- Transfer the mixture to a refractory and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.Â
Decorate with powdered milk on top and the mousse is ready.
