Guarantee a delicious after-meal dessert with this Ninho Milk Mousse

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of sour cream

  • 395 grams condensed milk

  • 5 grams of colorless unflavored gelatin

  • 1 cup (tea) Ninho milk/milk powder

  • 5 tablespoons water at room temperature

Directions

  • In a container put the jello, water and stir well until you form a paste. 
    Take to microwave for 15 seconds, until it’s liquid, and book.
  • In the blender add the condensed milk, the cream, the Leite Ninho or other powdered milk and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add the hydrated gelatine and beat at medium speed for at least 1 minute to homogenize.
  • Transfer the mixture to a refractory and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 
    Decorate with powdered milk on top and the mousse is ready.
