Ingredients
2 potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 thread of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon(s) peppercorns
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Butter to taste
Chives to taste
Thyme to taste
Directions
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices with a knife or grater and set aside.
- Grease the sides and bottom of a mold with butter to taste and place the potato slices in it.
- Add the chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika and a drizzle of olive oil over the potatoes.
- Put small cubes of butter on top of the potato slices, then add thyme to taste and cover with aluminum foil with the shiny part inside.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake the potatoes for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and thyme sprigs.
Cover the potatoes with grated parmesan cheese, return to the oven and let it brown for 15 minutes. - Finish by adding chopped chives over the potato gratin and the recipe is ready.
