With uncomplicated preparation, the potato burger is simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of potatoes

  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch

  • Mozzarella cheese to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Water

  • Oil

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and place in a pan with water until covered.
  • Add salt to taste and cook until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain all the water, transfer the potatoes to a container and mash well.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Add the cornstarch, mix well and knead with your hands.
  • Take portions of the dough, open it in your hands and add the mozzarella to taste.
  • Close the dough and shape it into a round shape.
  • Fry in a covered frying pan with a little oil over low heat.
  • After browning on one side, flip the burgers, cover and brown the other side.
  • Remove them from the pan and the potato burgers are ready to serve.
