1 bay leaf
1 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 American cup of water
2 cloves of grated garlic
1/2 sachet of tomato sauce
1/2 sliced ​​bell pepper

Oil or olive oil to taste

Directions
- Season the steaks with grated garlic, Calabrian pepper and salt to taste on both sides.
