Ingredients

  • 4 steaks

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 American cup of water

  • 2 cloves of grated garlic

  • 1/2 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 1/2 sliced ​​bell pepper

  • Chopped green onions to taste

  • Calabrian pepper to taste

  • Oil or olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Season the steaks with grated garlic, Calabrian pepper and salt to taste on both sides.
  • Spread the seasonings well over all the steaks and set aside for 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.
  • In a pressure cooker, add a dash of oil or olive oil, the sliced ​​onion and the steaks on top.
  • Add the pepper slices spread over the steaks, the bay leaf and the paprika.
  • Sauté a little until the steaks are sealed, stirring occasionally, and add the water.
  • Mix well, cover the pan and after it reaches pressure, let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes on high heat.
  • Add the tomato sauce and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes with the pan uncovered.
  • Turn off the heat, finish with the chopped herbs to taste and the pork steak in sauce is ready.
