Economical and easy to make, this coconut popsicle is prepared with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (tea) Ninho Milk/powdered milk

  • 1 can of Leite Moça/condensed milk

  • 2 boxes of cream

  • 1 medium dry coconut

Directions

  • Add the coconut pieces, condensed milk, powdered milk and cream to the blender.
  • Beat the ingredients for 2 minutes, distribute the mixture into popsicle molds and leave in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Insert the sticks, return the popsicles to the freezer and leave them for at least another 6 hours.
  • To unmold, place each popsicle in 1 cup of water and they are ready to eat.
