With this manioc bread, you are guaranteed a practical and delicious snack!

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of olive oil

  • 50 ml of milk

  • 50 ml of water

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup of sour sprinkle (tea)

  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

Directions

  • Add the sour starch and salt to a bowl, mix well and set aside.
  • Put the milk, oil and water in a pan, stir and bring to a boil.
  • When it boils, add the starch, mix well and let it cool.
  • Add the egg, grated Parmesan cheese and stir well. 
    Transfer to cupcake molds, or shape into balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for about 20 minutes and they are ready to serve.
