Ingredients
50 ml of olive oil
50 ml of milk
50 ml of water
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 cup of sour sprinkle (tea)
1 pinch of salt or to taste
Directions
- Add the sour starch and salt to a bowl, mix well and set aside.
- Put the milk, oil and water in a pan, stir and bring to a boil.
- When it boils, add the starch, mix well and let it cool.
- Add the egg, grated Parmesan cheese and stir well.
Transfer to cupcake molds, or shape into balls and place on a greased baking sheet. - Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for about 20 minutes and they are ready to serve.
