Ingredients
2 whole eggs
2 cups of milk (tea)
2 cups of wheat flour (tea)
1 teaspoon chemical yeast
1 teaspoon salt
120 ml oil or 1/2 cup (tea)
- Topping Ingredients (Optional)
Ham or pepperoni sausage (amount to taste)
Mozzarella cheese (amount to taste)
Tomato sauce to taste
Tomato to taste
oregano to taste
olives to taste
spices to taste
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, milk and salt to the blender, cover and blend for 1 minute.
- Add the flour little by little with the blender on, then the yeast and beat quickly to homogenize the dough.
- Place half of the dough in an oiled pizza mold and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ (repeat the process with the rest of the dough).
- With the pasta out of the oven spread tomato sauce and add the ham and/or pepperoni, mozzarella, sliced ​​tomatoes and olives.
- Sprinkle oregano or other seasonings of your choice to taste, bake the pizzas until the cheese melts and they are ready to serve.
