Ingredients
2 apples
1 clove of garlic
4 chili peppers
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of orange or lemon juice
Directions
- Peel the cleaned apples, remove the seeds and grate the fruit.
- Place the sugar, orange or lemon juice and grated apples in a pan.
- Chop the peppers and remove the seeds from only 2 of them. Add the peppers and crushed garlic to the pan.
- Place the pan over low heat, stir constantly for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Transfer the mixture to small jars or other containers of your choice and wait for it to cool.
- Use the pepper jelly in your favorite recipe or leave it in the refrigerator until ready to consume.
